The data generated can be arranged into different formats to be compatible with client database systems. Our data analysts will work with client teams to ensure that the data is received in the format required to fulfil FDA and research study requirements.
The data generated is comprehensive providing information on density, expression and distribution of the biomarker of interest in different cell compartments (cytoplasm, nucleus and membrane), as well as different areas of tissue under investigation. This can be done pre and post dose for a range of therapeutic indications and diseases including tumour. We can also incorporate stats packages for p values, CV and SDs.
